The staff member who took my order tried very hard to ensure she had all the info for the cake I ordered and even called the manager out to verify they had all the info needed. The problem was when I went to pick up my 1/2 sheet cake it was 1/4 of a traditional sheet cake. So buyer beware..the cake was labeled to serve 8-12 (they wrote it on the box) but there was no way that cake would serve that many. When I inquired about it they said that was the time frame I was yo pick up (but they had clearly marked that pick up was at 10am)….long story to say they either don’t know sizes or their sizes are very different that what you have typically gotten when ordering a traditional cake at a bakery…no solution or remedy was offered…very disappointing.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
