- C_CeeCee Marie _1 day ago1.0First of all when I got to the window the guy didn’t say a damn thing he didn’t say my order, my total or anything he just handed out his hand for my payment. So I gave him my card.. as I then proceeded to wait in the line for 15 mins for an iced coffee and a bagel… got my iced coffee then was asked to pull to 2nd window!? For a bagel?? All you do is toast it for like 2 mins then put cream cheese on it, it’s really simple… I waited at the second window for 10 mins and finally someone came with a crossing order I told them I had a bagel. Then they said ok hold on and then I waited another 5 mins before I got my bagel. This is ridiculous!!! Get it together. The coffee and bagel taste good but that was ridiculous to wait so long for a bagel… and that guy needs some customer service skills…
