The venue itself is new and well-located, but it ought to be managed by someone with greater expertise—someone who takes a more attentive interest in the entire premises, particularly regarding cleanliness. The restrooms, in particular, are absolutely repulsive. It seems they still believe they are back in their home country, India—but things are vastly different here!
