  I ordered 20 minutes prior for 3 med blizzards. Arrived 2 minutes before the pickup time which was 9:02. Came in and the lobby was full with people full of attitudes and not a single one serviced or satisfied. I waited patiently to be spoken to...10 minutes standing there , no one spoke. Just kept looking and would walk pass. The girl , light skin , black curly hair . Looks kinda mixed was making so many loud comments to a coworker OUT LOUD "YES ? IM MAD AT YU WHAT DO U WANT" "kill me now" "I hate my life", she said all of those things. I finally approached the register fully because now I'm irritated at the lack of communication and customer service and the manager (Indian man, short black hair) stood there and looked me dead in my eyes 3 times and said absolutely nothing. Not even " give me one second please". Mind you... I'm completely understandable, it's a Saturday night ,very busy.. I understand. I said excuse me and got ignored by him. I then said excuse me to the mix girl and she looked at me , my friend stopped me and spoke to her and said "hey are you working at the register" she ignored her , went around the manager and hid .. then came from under him and went to the register, did some tapping and said "now I am" .. I asked her about my online order and she walked away and said absolutely nothing. Didn't go to anyone , didn't ask anyone. Just went to stacking cups... A white male started yelling my name without even knowing I was there... I grabbed them out of patience and ice cream was all over the cups. They were melted and the tops were off. We had to clean off our cups at the counter because of how much they were spilled .. Terrible customer service . after that experience I honestly don't want to visit another location again. Everyone seemed lazy except for the manager and he just lacked customer service so the establishment itself is an overall ZERO. the mixed young girl needs to be fired because there is no way she should speak like that in front of a customer let alone a FULL lobby of them. I'm in my 20's and I'm writing a bad review like I'm 60 because it was that TERRIBLE.

  Pulled thru to get a Caramel milkshake and boy was it good. Just the right amount of flavor.

  I went to pick up a birthday cake from my grandson. I waited 15 or better minutes after they were supposed to open. I had an employee look straight at me and act like she didn't see me. I had to leave without a cake and find one somewhere else. I would not go back there. If the sign says you're open, you should open the door. At least tell someone it's going to be a few minutes and not ignore them

  Everyone who works here is miserable and off putting. We get to the window only to have our change pretty much thrown out the window at us with no receipt, and not to mention our blizzards melted. The kids working in here need to learn a little customer service. Dairy Queen in general is going downhill fast.

  Great food and service. Need to remodel inside and make it so the drive thru doesn't "always" have a line pouring out on 278
