- KKKeegan1 day ago1.0We had a really disappointing experience. My mom specifically asked for no tomatoes on her sandwich, but they still put them on. When we went back to fix it, they refused to give a refund or properly resolve the issue. As we were leaving, employees actually came out to our car and started arguing with us. I’m a minor, and they were yelling and using inappropriate language directly at me, which made the situation really uncomfortable and honestly upsetting. All we wanted was a simple fix, but instead it turned into something much bigger than it should have. This kind of behavior and customer service is not okay.

Definitely calling corporate now The rudest one inside named Angelica ig she miserable or have nothing better to do just bored so she decided to start an argument. Maybe she just wanted some Wendy’s fame for being a rude worker.
