  OMG! They have the Taco Pizza!!!! I haven't has it since I used my Book It certificate to get a personal pan taco pizza in the 80's!!!! It's still really good! They need the sour cream and the tortilla chip strips but considering I've been searching for this pizza for 30 years, I'm thrilled!! Service was wonderful and everyone was so nice to us. Thank you, Pizza Hut!!

  We visited this Cornelia Pizza Hut on a week night, so not too busy. Upon arrival we noticed a family sitting in the dining room who hadn't gotten their food yet. We visited the restroom and it did take a while as I'm in a wheelchair due to a recent surgery on my leg. My husband wanted to get me out of the house for a while because of my recovery is a lengthy one. So he took me to dinner here. We came out of the bathroom and a female met us who we thought was a customer by her dirty attire and appearance, but she seated us. She was definitely dressed unprofessionally in the grunge look with orange hair and face piercings and was later identified as Lilian on our check. She told us they have no pineapple, no large pan dough or small pan dough so all we could get was medium. I asked her if someone was going to service the salad bar as we noticed it was empty on many items and a total mess all over the top. She looked at me and in a condescending way said, "Service? What does that even mean?" I had to explain to her that it meant someone needs to tidy it up and refill missing items. She just looked at me. The salad bar was never touched during our visit which was what I was going to order. We settled for a medium supreme pan pizza with extra cheese and cheese breadsticks with extra cheese. I asked her how long did she think it would take. She looked at me and said, "Why?" I said, "Well the family sitting over there was there when we arrived and we stopped by the bathroom for a while and they're still sitting there and hadn't gotten their food yet. She looked at me and said, "They just got here." Which clearly wasn't true. She was later identified as Lilian from our check and evidentially took offense to my question because she rudely said, "We have one cook and if you dont like it, you can just leave." I'm looking at my husband like did she just say that? We got our order in a timely manner but with only a light sprinkle of cheese on each item and it was hand tossed. Not at all what we ordered and it was listed on the check. We'd already had a bad experience and wasn't about to address it with Lilian as we couldn't guarantee the pizza would come back to us that wasn't tainted in some way. As a waitress, she should check what comes out of the kitchen to assure the order was correct. She didn't do this obviously. Nor did she ever come back to our table at any time during our visit. We paid the check to an elderly disheveled looking gentleman at the counter who laughed when my husband complained about another family who had three out-of-control children, running around, crawling under customers tables and feet and SCREAMING constantly. Their parents completely ignored these kids playing in the salad bar throwing food at each other from it. This place needs a complete overhaul with a total change of management and employees especially Lilian who would be looking for another job if I managed this location. They need to train their employees on how to do their job correctly with an emphasis on professionalism, proper clean attire and excellent customer service. What happened to the use of uniforms? All areas that this place failed on. Next time, we'll drive to the Dahlonega store. Very disappointed.

  I ordered my meal on the App like I always do and my parents always like to dine in as they enjoy eating at the salad bar. We were rudely told we can’t do that by the waitress. She said people that order that way mess up the dining room and tear it apart? By getting our food faster? How would we tear up the dining room? We were ordering more food and drinks to go with my already $32 order. When I said we will just cancel and eat elsewhere the waitress said it was a new rule. My parents are senior citizens and they like dining in. They were so upset they made the decision to leave. Total disappointment.

  Ordered pizza online and it was wrong....was told oh well that's what you ordered. I would never have ordered jalapeno pepper. They very rude and when I tried to ask the person at the register if I.could find the sale history on my phone he turned away and said I don't know anything about that. This is the second time he has been very rude. Will NOT be coming back.
