The guy that prepared our food was good but the "guy" moping the floor was looking to go home (subpar) !! as I felt. This a honest review but whom I'm to say, I was raised to drink water out of the creek. But I can see why there's no one there
- JBJJ BarJul 6, 20221.0Stopped there a couple weeks ago, because I needed a part at advanced auto parts. It's next door. I ordered a cold cut, which has been around for 20 years. The girl said choose 4 meats, which is not how it has ever been done in the past. Anyway, I chose 3, and she carefully layed down a paper thin layer of each meat, and left 1/4 completely uncovered. She said that was too much meat. The next girl charged me 16 bucks. She said I had too many add ons. Another guy had to call the manager to get me 8 dollars back. It took 20 minutes. I went home with basically a veggie sub. I fed it to the cats, but they didn't like it either. Stop the dope, kids!!!
- CRCharNan RichardsDec 14, 20213.0We got to this location at about 5:15 pm, at that time there were 2 employees outside and one employee inside, Jennifer. Jennifer was busy making a curbside order and finished as quickly as she could. She then made the first gentleman's order, next was a woman, then finally at about 5:40 pm it was our turn. Jennifer was the only one inside waiting on customers this entire time. I felt so bad for her, not only were there us customers inside, but drive-thru was backing up as well. I used to work at a Subway a long time ago and was very tempted to jump in and help. The place was left a mess from the previous shift and nothing, including the supplies up front to make sandwiches, was stocked. There was only wheat bread and wraps to choose from. Jennifer kept her cool and did as much as she could, she most definitely needs a BIG raise for how she handled all that was put on her. One of the employees that was outside was apparently a manager and they saw how busy she was and how little was done in the store, and yet left her anyway! If they were truly management and cared about their job, they would have stayed and helped her get caught up and stocked! I left her a tip, which I usually don't do for people who get an hourly wage, but she deserved every penny and more.
