I tried explaining that not all $100 bills have one, but she insisted it was counterfeit. I later exchanged it for $20s at another store, where they checked it with a pen and confirmed it was real. Whole thing could have been avoided with a google search also went inside and nobody there look over the age over of 25

My only complaint is the inconsistency with the drinks — especially lattes and original coffee. ( that’s what I order mostly ) Some days they taste perfect, and other days they’re bitter or just not made right. I’ve had a few lattes that were so bitter they were hard to drink. It’s frustrating when I spend money and can’t enjoy what I ordered. Great service, but the drink quality really depends on who’s making it.
