    They’ll get your order wrong and tell you it’s your fault when you come back for a fix. Don’t bother trying to call, either. They’ll just forward it.

    The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. We went at 11:30 for lunch 😋 go early, it's fresh!

    My wife and I like Arby's. Came by today to pickup some lunch. Went through the drive-thru. Placed an order and pulled to the window. That is where I was meet by one of the rudest persons at a drive-thru. He didn't say hello, just the amount, took my card, scanned it, handed it back, shut the window. No receipt, no thank you, and more like slammed the window. When he came back, he opened the window, handed me my order, then closed the window. AGAIN NOT A THANK YOU. There was not a, "do you need any sauces?", or "would you like your receipt?". A customer should't have to ask for their receipt, either hand it to them with the card or with their change, or place it in their bag.i got neither. Someone has failed to train this person about good customer service. Not only rude, but unprofessional!
