  Health department needs to make a visit!! Avoid this place at all costs. Stopped here for two kids meals and two burgers….the workers seemed completely out of it and the food tasted extremely old, cold and recooked.

  I waited at the speaker for over 5 minutes while the lady said that they were in the middle of shift change and she would help me when she could. I ordered a chocolate frosty when I got to the window they gave me vanilla and told me I ordered vanilla and that chocolate. Looking in the drive-thru window the store was dirty I can't imagine what the kitchen that you can't see looks like if they keep the area that can be seen by customers that filthy. The health department should come out and do an inspection.

  Stopped here Sunday 2/15/2026 because the Zaxbys had a line wrapped around the window. Everyone in the car was hungry so we choose Wendy's its something that Everyone can agree on. Walked in the floor was slippery and my wife almost fell( but it was pouring down rain ealier) I'll give the benefit of the doubt. Stood in line which was moving slower than a sloth at this point. I used the restroom as well as the rest of my family cycling in our times while still waiting to order food. The cashier looked at me 5 times and ignored my presence before she took my order. Finally 20 minutes later I got to order. For here or Togo sir. Togo please. I'll give you cups in a few minutes. A few minutes go buy no cups but the people that ordered after me got their cups immediately. Brush it off been driving threw rain for 1hr but we are hungry. The manager in charge Finally comes out and sees there is a conundrum going on. Finally hopps in and tries to help. My order was take out and was plated for dine in while he is telling her how to plate the food. I then said mine was take out and he barked at her while she was putting my takeout food in the bag. My entire order was messed up. Stuff in different bags. Someone else's burger instead of mine. I got a double burger with ketchup and mayo only when my wife ordered a single with no onion. I got the biggie bag and let here have my Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. All in all I will never ever stop at this location again. Also the cashier told another employee if you make their coffee ill kick you. Great service.👎
