No one EVER came to the counter. Started ordering something cheaper from the kiosk and other people came in. Girl came to the counter and told them they HAD to order from the kiosk...at least she came to the counter to speak to them. While my daughter and I were waiting on our food, the employees were loudly using extreme profanity in the kitchen. The restaurant was not busy, yet we were there over 20 minutes before they even began making our order. However, the lady who actually MADE our food was EXCEPTIONAL! She was very meticulous in making sure that everything in the order was correct. No one offered to help her with the 4 boxes until she was putting in the last items. She bagged our food and handed it to us with a smile so I thanked her for putting a sticker on the meal with no sour cream.

The issue is they have 2 kisoks. There were two people trying to use them that were struggling. Instead of walking around and helping, the workers were just yelling instructions from behind the counter. Then, as if the wait and aggravation was not enough, they actually served us Taco Bell tacos.
