Was denied sandwich order that was made online at neighboring store (which was closed for reconstruction). App didnt notify that it was closed. Both stores owned by same owner. Owner states that he has had this issue before, still refused. Gave me a fake subway customer service number that I searched an led to nothing. No refund option on app. They're stealing money most likely and know it.
