  Horrible place. Service person had a severe language issue. I ordered the Meal Deal which comes with a 6 inch sub, chips and drink. She could not understand bread, cheese, extras choices. Totally incompetent. Then tried to charge me for each individual item and not the Meal deal. I will never go back here.

  I had to order double meat. The regular Roast Beef was apparently 4 slices smaller than a dollar bill on a footlong sub. I'm sure the dude making it wouldn't have been satisfied with it if it was his. Do better. Care about your customers, not just the bottom line.

  I don't leave this review lightly. We have came on multiple days trying to see if we would get a different outcome, but we didn't. These are the trips. First trip: the lady that took my husband's order, was on the cell phone, and then would not speak loud enough to be heard and also acted like she couldn't hear. The lady also kept the lids to the cooling area up so you could not see what she was putting in the salad. She put some incorrect items on the salads as well. Didn't even offer to chop it up like Subway does. Second trip: The lady that took the order kept the lid up as well so you couldn't see what was being put on the salad. She also didn't put the main type of salad we ordered (tuna) on the salad and then started to put the wrong ingredients on the salad. I am recovering from surgery and was not able to go inside so I do not know if it was the same lady or if it was different but either way, this Subway has not been as good as they used to be. Customer service is an important thing to keep any place running and seems to be an ingredient this place is lacking.

  I walked in the front door on 9/21/17 @ 3:15pm and the counter attendant was on the phone appearwed to be talking a personal call n smiling laughing and states to her phone caller "i got to go I have a customer but continued to talk while I stood there for over four minutes I would like to report her.. a supervisor needs to teach her customer service and tell her to get off the phone with her friends she's not paid to talk on the phone with her friend. poor customer service I will never stop at this sit Subway again
