- EEE2 days ago1.0Claims to be open 24 hours, has a sign that says "drive thru open 24 hours" yet when I pull up to the drive thru I'm told that they're closed. Apparently I'm not the only one who has had this experience. Not happy as I drove out of my way to get food from seemingly the only McDonald's in GA that stays open anymore only to be turned down. Guess money isn't green after dark.

We as truck drivers stop at McDonald's everyday for coffee and usually have to wait up to as high as 30 minutes to get service, but this morning the people at the store location 3985 was right there taking our order.... I would like to say thank you for the upstanding job they are doing and being like it should be. Some people just aren't great with technology and there should be prompt service at the cash register thank you again please keep up the great work....
- JKJason KennedyOct 26, 20251.0I went through the drive through, was pulled up for 10 mins while I watched others getting food, I backed back up to the window and sat another 5mins before anyone realized I was sitting there and my order still wasn't ready, got my food only for it to just be warm! Nothing hot for the length of time I had to wait! This location is so sorry with the worst customer service and would serve the community best if it just closed this location all together! I will never visit the Cordele McDonald's again, no good experiences at all!!
- WSWilliam SnyderOct 20, 20251.0I ordered 2 filefish with no cheese and fresh cook the fish came old cold and with cheese on and I waited like 20 minutes in the drive through at 12:15 am we ordered and got the food at 12:35am and I ask if the fish was fresh he said yes layer to my face we went back on the highway and started eating my sandwich it was cold and cheese on that not what I ordered drive through
