We pulled to the menu and the sensor went off and the automated voice went off and a lady answer and said “welcome to dairy queen what can I get for you” and then we tried to order and we heard nothing else from an employee. We sat there for 10 minutes pushing 15 with 5 cars behind me. We kept saying “i’m ready” or “hello” and we heard nothing else. So cars started leaving and we pulled around to the window and we told them we had been sitting there and nobody was taking our order. They then argued with us especially this black lady she was very rude! She told us that we were not sitting there and that we were not saying anything! She did not have great customer service telling us that we were in the wrong. She told us the sensor did not go off but it did because when we pulled up the sensor went off and someone spoke. I will not be coming back here and i will be going to a higher person than just this! Do better.
