  This location really sucks. I’m sitting at the drive thru just waiting for them to even acknowledge that I’m there. I’m just like “hello” “hello” “ can someone take my order please” for someone to say give me a half of a sec to never come back and say anything. My guy drove around to try to order at the window but someone was at the window giving food back. Look like they messed up their order. I got so frustrated with waiting I told him to drive off. It was 11 pm when we pulled up and 11:15 when we left with no food.

  Ordered dinner online to pick up, not even 10 minutes later I picked up my order, no sauce for my granddaughter’s chicken nuggets and all the fries in the order were cold and stale! There is absolutely no reason for cold stale fries, ever.

  We walked in the place had a few customers dining in. We went to the register employees looked at us repeatedly for about 5 min never acknowledging us. Finally someone took our order. I tried the newest Cheesy Bacon double burger. It was ok had no seasoning at all on the meat so it tasted bland. Fries were ok .

  This use to be such a good location years ago but it has went down tremendously. Customer service is terrible, at this location it’s a lot of young adults with the most nastiest attitude for no reason at all.every time I go it’s like being like an inconvenience no greeting ,not welcome to Wendy’s on the intercom it’s always you can go ahead 🙄 it kills me because they are the ones that applied for a customer service position where you was aware you will deal with the public so it’s not our fault you decided to work there. The food is always cold and old because they don’t care. The only ones that get fresh food is their lil friends that come in and get freebies. Wendy’s are closing a lot of locations and I see why.
