  This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them several chances because it’s local but the final straw has happened. My husband bit into a completely raw chicken breast on his sandwich. Disgusting. Before this, they’ve stolen his debit card, and the wait times are extremely long. They are rude and just make you wait and wait.

  This one is for the Manager RAY. Now that's what you call customer service! I appreciate how you handle the situation! Y'all give Ray a raise! A big one ❤️. His aura is breathtaking.

  I usually get good service at this Wendy’s on my lunch hour but today I sat in line for 20 minutes or more for a freaking chicken sandwich meal. I guess I had to kill the chicken but this is ridiculous. You should have it ready for lunchtime do better

  Chicken sandwich was not fresh. Looked and tasted like it had been sitting under a heating lamp way too long or microwaved after sitting out. Took one bite and threw the whole meal away. Straight nasty. Waste of $12. Don't know what is going on with Wendy's but the quality of the food and service at both Salem Rd locations in Conyers and Covington went down hill years ago. Won't spend any more money at Wendys. Lesson learned.

  Wanted my order made "Hot & Fresh", in which they did. Customer service was nice & a real individual. Almost "messed" up the order, but we were able to laugh & talk about it. & didnt have to wait too long for hot and fresh food. Thank you guys!
