  Did a pickup order using the Outback Steakhouse App, when I arrived I was notified of the order being close to being ready, I checked in and had my order brought to my vehicle quite quickly! I so enjoyed my meal at my home, everything tasted great! Thanks for the wonderful customer service!

  Normally it's good food but I tried a new burger and didn't like it so that's what the 3 stars are for, the service was slow and we had to wait longer then normal so that's what the 2 stars for.

  Usually the food and service at Outback stake house is very good. This was my first visit to the South Carolina location. We were patient because we had a large group. And they were very busy. They gave away our seats (10) to another group with a similar name that arrived after us. The manager made this right by getting us seated about 15 minutes after their mistake, and gave us 3 free blooming onions. After we were seated our onions came out right away. The waitress took our orders. But we waited about another 20 minutes before our drinks (water, sweet tea, a d cokes) were served) the sweet tea was mostly water. My order and some of my family orders did not come out right but we did not send them back because we already had waited a long time for the food to come out. Hopefully this was an isolated case of this restaurant's service.

  My husband and I decided to stop by here on our date night and our experience was horrible. First off, when we arrived we were told that there would be a 35 minute wait time. There were tables available. But we decided to wait. It took only 10 mins which was great and we were seated (at one of the tables that was previously available when we arrived). Our waitress was nice(she was the best part about the experience). We, then placed our order and while we were waiting; we noticed alot of staff were playing around, applying lipgloss and perfume at the waiting corner when there were tables that still needed to be cleaned off because of other customers had left a long time ago and other ppl were waiting to be seated. Fast forward to 30-40 mins later our food still didnt arrive so we asked our waitress about it. And she checked on it for us. So we waited for a while longer until we were like forget about it and just left. I really wanted my steak dinner too. That was our first and last going to that location. Outback steak house do better.

  Had to wait 30 minutes for our party that was reserved. Then they sat our grand daughters wedding dinner of 12 at a table for 8!!? We had reservations! Set three weeks in advance & called to confirm several times prior. Also no dairy free desert. Bride is lactose intolerant. So no deserts!
