  Again there should be a zero star for this location. The hours for this McDonald's are posted that the live one part closes at 12:00 but the drive-thru stays open till 1:00 I arrived at 12:18 a.m. and they have advised me that they were closed and they closed at midnight so it's time to get the hours correct this is a poor version and poor excuse to give since they decided they wanted to close early I guess instead of staying open till 1:00 a.m. as Google and other businesses show it should be open right now I mean just update your hours all everywhere so people don't come to your business to give you business and allow them to go to your competitors to get the business

  The Play Area was FILTHY! Every single table and chair was dirty. Floor needed to be swept and mopped, and the trash was overflowing. No way I could allow my child to play in such a mess. I politely requested a refund, and the manager didn’t even ask why. We came three exits up to Stonecrest. It’s much cleaner and cooler.

  It took over 20 minutes for cheeseburgers and fries. The Children's play área was so disgusting. None of the tables were cleaned. Food on the floors. I was so grossed out.

  It’s sad they have kids in here who don’t even know how to communicate and obviously hate their jobs and show it.! Little girl who works on the register who has the locs with the washed out red in the at the top needs need to find another job. Start over. Rehire better. Just do better.

  Poor service I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel my bagel was burnt when I tried calling back no one answered the phone this place definitely needs to be under new management with all of the complaints
