Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Numerous customers reported long wait times, incorrect orders, and rude staff, leading to a negative perception of service quality.

0 if I could. Went here to grab food since they’re 24/7 & did not know what I was walking into.
I had to have my burger remade because they’re forgot my cheese. It took 1hr to even get my food & another 30 minutes for the remake of my sandwich. I need my money back. All of my food is now colder than the outside air & its 35 degrees outside.
Beware this location.

Want to start this review off by firstly saying whoever the manager that was on shift for new years eve should be fired, expeditiously. We spent $22 on the worst food ever and received the worst service. Spent an hour in the drive through just for a burger to be wrong and it took 30 minutes for a remake. By the time it was done our other food was cold and it all became a waste. Attempted to get a manager who apparently left at midnight, not sure who runs an establishment with that level of incompetence but that’s ridiculous. The bad reviews don’t do this place in the way they should. If it wasn’t new years i am sure majority of us wouldn’t have been there but they shouldve been prepared for that foot traffic. Will never be back, nobody should ever be forced to eat at such a crappy place.

It was my first time at Whataburger and I came in today to get a patty melt and the young lady Andrea was amazing and patient with me while she was taking my order gave me suggestions about their new frosted berry drink so I tired it and it was amazing 10/10 service will definitely be coming back.

Store was clean, food was fast, hot, and fresh and Monet was definitely on top of her game. 10/10 ask for her whenever you visit.

The behavior I experienced at this Whataburger location was completely unacceptable. The cashier wearing red glasses with red/burgundy dreadlocks was rude, disrespectful, and aggressively unprofessional. Despite there being only ONE car in the drive-thru and just TWO customers inside the store, I was ignored on the drive-thru intercom for over 15 minutes without a single acknowledgment.
Even with such an extremely low number of customers, she was unable to manage the drive-thru and the front counter at the same time. She could not even complete the most basic task of her job—not making the order, but simply taking the order. With so little activity, there is absolutely no excuse for being unable to acknowledge or take an order.
When I went inside to ask why I had been waiting, instead of addressing the issue professionally, she began arguing with me and screaming. Yelling at a customer is unacceptable under any circumstances and reflects a complete lack of professionalism, judgment, and customer service skills.
What makes this experience even worse is that she clearly had time to argue and raise her voice, yet could not take a moment to respond on the intercom or perform the most basic responsibility of her role.
I strongly recommend avoiding this location entirely. Do not waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other Whataburger locations and fast-food options where customers are treated with basic respect. This location should be a last resort, if not avoided altogether.
