Everyone that comes through the drive through or inside should have fresh food.. no exceptions. These managers are worst than the children that work in there. Wendy’s stop hiring folks that don’t care about the public or your brand. Simple. After scrapping up my change literally my food was cold so I sent it back through the window and asked to give me fresh food. The cashier told me to pull up to the door. After sitting there 2 minutes, the cook brought the bag out yall they put the cold fries they gave me back in the grease and brought it to me. They were hard as a rock. It pissed me off so bad I decided to put it on paper instead of lashing out in front of my kid. Because at the end of the day it was her food and I didn’t want her to see me act out. I will be contacting Corporate. Or Wendy herself. The entire staff should be FIRED.! 😤😡
