  This use to be such a good location years ago but it has went down tremendously. Customer service is terrible, at this location it’s a lot of young adults with the most nastiest attitude for no reason at all.every time I go it’s like being like an inconvenience no greeting ,not welcome to Wendy’s on the intercom it’s always you can go ahead 🙄 it kills me because they are the ones that applied for a customer service position where you was aware you will deal with the public so it’s not our fault you decided to work there. The food is always cold and old because they don’t care. The only ones that get fresh food is their lil friends that come in and get freebies. Wendy’s are closing a lot of locations and I see why.

  I seldomly eat fast food but each time I visit this location, the experience gets worse. The customer service is lacking, they’re frequently out of simple items like BBQ sauce, and there always seems to be a problem when trying to use rewards. On top of that, the food quality just isn’t what it used to be. This location honestly needs to do better or just shut it down because obviously someone isn’t doing their job.

  Horrible experience! The tall light skin manager with the horrible braids and eyelashes was so nasty because it took forever to get a frosty I walked in for a refund she gone say attitude walk off then the dark skin female followed up with walk out attitude all because THEY DIDNT MAKE MY FROSTY and I have somewhere to be the store was completely freaking empty and I see why they’re horrible and can’t do their job it was a young guy in there kicking trash around like a soccer game
