Lol. The service was so bad, its laughable. Young lady with the very long red braids looks and act as if she hated the world. Manager on duty should have sent her HOME! Very negative energy. I left the Wendy's with a bad attitude 🤦🏾♂️ waited almost 20 minutes for a salad. Crazy! They wasn't even busy and everyone that ordered at that register food was wrong.

So I come to this Wendy's almost daily, well used to. About a week or so ago I went and bought 2 of their frosty booklets for halloween, 5 frostys each. I got my first frostys with a little bit of a fight. I then came to this same one yesterday at 12:09 pm i got some food through the mobile order, a medium big Mac meal, a medium number 2 no pickles no onions and some chicken nuggets. 1 the number 2 had everything I asked not to be on it, the big mac tasted disgusting the bacon was burnt it was horrible. Theu had a promo for a free medium fry as well and I never received it i was charged for that as well. Then it came to getting the free frostys for my girls, I got to the windows to give them my ticket. Theu wouldn't take it and kept asking how did inget it, I bought it the shift leas of the shift at 12:09 pm on Friday signed both tickets since they were out of the booklets and the manager and two other employees argued me down and would not listen to what myself and my husband had to say. I will NEVER return to this location and want corporate to know your employees on that shift are hotlrrible with their customers theu ate rude and ignorant. This was a horrible experience.

Place says it's open until 1a but I arrived at 12:30a and placed my order. Get to the window to pay and there's an employee hanging out the second window telling me to pull up but I'm still waiting for my card. I pull up and get scolded by the employee because I made my order at 12:30a. I chose Wendy's to go to when I could've chose Taco Bell or McDonald's. Spent almost 60$ dollars tonight and will be the last time I choose Wendy's. Without customers, there wouldn't be a Wendy's, McDonald's, Taco Bell, ect. This location has the worst customer service. If I could rate it less than one star, I would. I hope this post reaches anyone out there who's a tourist or just moved to the area. Beware of this location because there are other places to eat at 12:30a.
