I arrived and my order wasn't in the to go section. I asked the cashier and she stated it was not ready. I waited a while and asked the status of my order. When she checked again my order was in the freezer behind the counter THE WHOLE TIME! They need to do better! I waited more than 15 minutes for a smoothie.

He/She has a bad attitude. Another employee came in.. just went straight to the kitchen without washing her hands or gloves. They giggling and playing while it’s 15 people waiting on their online order, waiting to get served. It’s just really nasty in here. Every time I come in here, it’s kids. Where is the manager?
