Imagine agreeing to something you’re not satisfied with with. Either way , Anybody who is in Customer service should know if The Customer Request an Extra service( to have a burrito grilled, that is already grilled once ) you DONT SNAP AT THE CUSTOMER, you Perform the service , WHOOPTY DOO if it’s already grilled once , I CLEARLY WANT IT GRILLED TWICE . If it burns the burrito , I’m paying for that . And I requested a service that therefore rendered it burnt . Corporate needs to tighten the attitudes up on these employees cause it’s FAST FOOD , not a Baddies casting .

Stood there waiting on the order and several other people came in and got their food first, when ordered way before, only got like two items that shouldn’t have taken that long. They also didn’t put any ice in my drink. Also they made me stand there waiting only to tell me later on they were out of rice.

She told us very rudely no and that we would have to go all the way around back to the speaker and order again. She was the only one it looks like taking orders as we can see her placing the car behind us order. We went at a non busy time there was only one car behind us. I have ordered countless time here and had asked to add something last minute and they were able to add it on for us no issue. The whole interaction was unprofessional and upsetting. I will not be coming back.
