Either way , Anybody who is in Customer service should know if The Customer Request an Extra service( to have a burrito grilled, that is already grilled once ) you DONT SNAP AT THE CUSTOMER, you Perform the service , WHOOPTY DOO if it’s already grilled once , I CLEARLY WANT IT GRILLED TWICE . If it burns the burrito , I’m paying for that . And I requested a service that therefore rendered it burnt . Corporate needs to tighten the attitudes up on these employees cause it’s FAST FOOD , not a Baddies casting .
