Not a big deal at the time, nowadays most of the Taco Bell’s don’t have any visible employees since they have added kiosks-terrible idea in my opinion This lacks customer service more. I order my food on the kiosk, 10mins later a girl I assume who’s working the drive thru (she had on a headset) comes out the bathroom with her phone & phone charger in her hand looked at me but didn’t say anything went behind the counter yelling hey guys it’s people out here. Customer service shouldn’t lack because of new technology it should enhance it. I decided to leave, after seeing the reviews I’m glad, I did!

If you do decide to get something from here make sure to visit in person cause what's ordered to go out they lack INGREDIENTS, BE THERE CHECK YOUR ORDER AND WATCH THE BIG DIFFERENCE... THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST!!!
