There is one very young worker there alone. She started they were closed and her manager told her to shut it down. We'll needless to say the manager would not answer and I couldn't cancel my order. So I left without food, service or my money!

I’m describing her as such because I do not know her name however she was on the phone. I had to ask her to change her gloves after handling the phone not one time does she wash her hands? The sandwiches were sloppily made and to top it off she’s walking around in there and house Slippers. Will not be buying another sandwich from here again it was just too gross for me. Even the counters were dirty.

I ate inside recently and liked how they've upgraded the place; except the bathroom floor was awful, unfortunately and I wonder why that is. Purchase was made via the app. The other order was nit filled, because they were out of several items. I had the option to substitute, but there should be some way the app notify us / me, if items are not available. They got a one star, because I was able to substitute.
