  ordered a pan crust pizza online and received hand-tossed instead. When I returned to address it, the employee insisted it was pan crust rather than correcting the mistake. I’ve ordered the same item for 20 years and know the difference. Mistakes happen, but dismissing a customer instead of resolving the issue is unacceptable especially with competitors like Domino’s and Papa John’s nearby. Customer service and training clearly needs improvement.

  I am sitting in the parking lot eating and I just had to post about the wonderful service I received, the fresh food, and the affordable price! I wish I would have got her name but she looked to be a one woman show and was getting things done while keeping a positive attitude.

  I recently placed a order from Pizza Hut my debit card did not go thru ! I was told to call back they had a new system! Call back same thing happened! The very next day my debit card was hacked! Stolen ova 200 dollars! I can't prove at the moment it was pizza hut but I'm pretty sure it was! I don't recommend this establishment to anyone! This really needs to investigate!

  I normally never have issues at this location but today was the worst! Walked into a waiting area full of customers - no structure, no line, no strategy in handling the situation. I stood for about 15 mins as persons walked in after me and cut the “nonexistent” line. The guy in the front was clearly overwhelmed trying to fill DoorDash orders and assist the other customers but this is where implementation of a flow would have been helpful. I proceeded to ask him to check the oven for my order as I had been standing there for a long time and was pretty sure that I was staring at my order through the glass. He responded by staring me up and down and walked off. When he finally felt like getting to me, he handed over the food that had literally been sitting there the whole 20-25 mins I was standing in line. So focused on being petty and having an attitude because I rightfully asked him to check on my order, he ended up giving me another customer’s order (which I discovered on the way home) and my order was wrong. I am truly disappointed with the service. Adequate training is needed so that your team members are properly prepared to handle busy days. This guy focused on customers who’s orders were not fully fulfilled while other customers’ orders were just sitting there as they stood waiting. The line could have been handled better and the level of ignorance was at an all time high. 0 STARS❗️

  Ordered online, ir said it would be done in 13 mins. Got there 45 mins later. It still wasn’t done. Then when I got it it was burnt. They also didn’t know how to refine my money. I will never come here again. There’s literally about 8 people in here with me as well that have been waiting 30+ mins for their orders.
