    If I could give negative stars I would, tried it twice, both times order was wrong, one time they said I would get a refund, never got it, second time said they would remake my pizza and redeliver, never got it, you basically just give this store your money and you get what you get. And they do absolutely nothing to correct the problem.

    First of all received the order it was wrong, contacted the store and was promised a refund, no refund and the store will not contact me even after going to corporate, very poor customer service

    If I could give this Pizza Hut zero stars, I would. I ordered a half-cheese, half-pepperoni pizza online for my niece, and when I went to pick it up, I was handed two separate boxes because they “didn’t have any large boxes.” No one informed me of this beforehand. On top of that, the cheese side was poorly made. Overall, this was a disappointing and unprofessional experience from this location.
