- QQQue1 day ago1.0Young high school student Keyatta wearing the black oversized essential hoodie was upset that I politely stated hey these are wrong I ordered garlic Parmesan. She goes to the back and squirt that cold mess on top of the breadsticks trying to be funny I opened the box and immediately requested a manager because her motive and intention were clear at this point. Manager gives a BS excuse about them being backed up and understaff and told me that a remake would take 20 minutes so I requested a refund. Because respectfully why should I have to wait on a remake and be placed at the end of order list when I ordered my food correctly.

I can't remember her name but that was GREAT customer service she could have just refunded my money but she went above and beyond!!!!
