  We called multiple hours ahead to reserve a table for 7, get to the restaurant at 7 and they said it would still be a 30 minute wait, but an hour if we didn't reserve ahead. We got a text 30 minutes later saying the table was ready and we went in and they told us it was an "accidental ping" and it would be another 20 minutes. So we waited an hour for a reserved/call ahead table that was never reserved. Also they had me on hold for 20 minutes trying to get the table reserved/call ahead handled. Completely unprofessional. Alexis, however, was a fantastic server.

  This was a really great night for me. I celebrated my 1st year anniversary with my boyfriend and the entire staff delivered. My server was very nice and attentive but the food won the night considering i only managed to get a picture of my appetizer. Everything was flavorful and worth the penny👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 definitely recommend this specific outback steakhouse!!🫶🏾

  I placed an order to-go and wasn't expecting a pleasant one because I just assumed they would skimp on the portion size and quality of food. I was HIGHLY IMPRESSED! I ordered a medium rare ribeye, baked potato, broccoli and a blooming onion. Everything was PERFECT!! I have many more to-go orders to come.

  I did not eat in this restaurant, but I did get a curbside order. They were extremely busy and I didn’t catch the lady’s name, but she was very helpful and understanding and my food came out pretty close to the Time day forecast. I love outback and the blooming onion and I will be back

  We came in on 1/20/26 around 8:30pm. Let me just start off by saying I am a food snob and very hard to impress. This restaurant went above and beyond. My family and I were extremely impressed. We came in for dinner because we missed our exit but we are GLAD WE DID!!! The best missed exit EVER!!! It was a true blessing!!! Our server was very kind and patient. Her name was Nita.(sp?) She was very helpful and mindful of the business in a very heartfelt manner. She gave a Great personal touch to our amazing experience. There is a young cook back there name Moe. When I say WOW!!!! That is an understatement. I cannot describe how amazing he cooked our steak!!!! 10 out of 10!! I typically do not eat red meat and it has been many many years since I have had a steak. I have gone to Longhorn several times and been disappointed every single time, especially since they are a self-proclaimed steakhouse. At Longhorn, They overcooked my steak and gave me these terrible cuts That literally rocked back-and-forth like a butterfly. And the flavor was less than par. We typically go to Texas roadhouse for steak. We seem to always get really good steak there for the most part. But WOOOHHH DANG!!! What We received here that night at Outback here in Conyers, GA exceeded and actually MET my expectations for a change!!! I have never had a steak at outback steakhouse ever. This was my very first steak there. PHENOMENAL!!! Everything from the cut to the temperature to the flavor to the presentation Was absolutely stunning!!! Made a grown woman wanna cry, happy tears!!!🤣🤣💯💯💯😊😊😊 I typically don’t go looking to complain at a restaurant, but at the same time I do have a level of standards and expectations for the quality of food I receive at the price I pay. Typically, I do get disappointed a lot. But that night, I was so very pleased with what I received that I was ranting and raving in a very good way!!! I was head over heels loving this steak!!!!! I requested to shake Moe’s hand. I have never really done that at any restaurant. Y’all really need to give him a pay raise or pay him well to have him travel to other stores around the country and have him train other employees because he KNOWS how to throw down!!!! I was so very grateful to actually have my expectations ACTUALLY met for a change. It was quite very refreshing and extremely delicious to say the least!!! My husband also agrees, and so does our child!!!! I would give 100 stars if I could!!! Seriously!!! MOE even inspired me to want to learn how to make my own mistakes like he makes them!!!! Moe has a lot of natural talent and a lot of heart and it shows!!!! You can tell he cares about the job that he does!!! My husband says that with just one taste and you will be smitten! 💯💯💯 We highly recommend this training store in Conyers, Georgia. We were so very impressed all around. I have not yet had a steak at the outback near where I live, but I am afraid that without me being there, my steak may not be as phenomenal as I remember. That I hope this is not the case, and that there will be a consistency in the steaks! Either that or y’all need to pay to have a relocation to Alabama so he can be at our location!! Ha!!! We seriously love his cooking!!! If you made it this far, thank you so very much for your patience and support and for this amazing experience all around to everyone in the restaurant!!! Keep up the amazing work!!!! If we are ever in the area, we cannot wait to come back!!!!! I am missing it already!!!! PS we came in near closing time and the restaurant was very peaceful. So that made the experience that much more amazing!!!!
