It’s used to keep food warm as the fries are being put in the fry boxes not to keep food under for extended periods. Poor quality food. I really didn’t care for the service and these people are being paid well for a job that people used to make minimum wage. Where is the franchise owner. Do you not check on your business?

The young lady that was working the drive through ask me with a attitude what does that mean??? The way she said that it caught me off guard from my understanding plain biscuit and A regular biscuit is the same maybe im wrong but I feel that it could have been handle better please retrain your drive through cashier Thanks....
- CCCierraSep 17, 20251.0Very bad customer service and there are two managers or owner that need to be fired because I was treated poorly and told I couldn't come back in the store based off something that happened with my one yr old child that doesn't know any better wanted a customer fries n I told my child to go play and stop bothering ppl but instead of the manager giving a fries to a one yr old kid she tell me me to leave and even threaten to call the cops on me and my daughter and I didn't appreciate being treated poorly because I never went in this restaurant starting mess or drama or being loud like something needs to be done about this
