Made a mobile order standing in the lobby. Ordered a frappé with a shot of espresso. The worker asked the manager how to add the shot of espresso and the manager told them, "OH it doesn't matter, it's a mobile order!" Not knowing we were standing right there. So that shows me the manager doesn't even care about the business!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION AND THE MOST RUDE EMPLOYEES I PURCHASED FOOD FOR MY FAMILY, GOT HOME AND THEY DID NOT PUT EVERYTHING IN THE BAG. THEY HAD TO COOK THE APPLE PIES AND SHE WANTED TO GIVE ME AN OLD ONE SO I WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR THEM AND WAS TOLD 10 MINUTES TO COOK. GOT HOME AND THE PIES WERE NOT COOKED THOROUGHLY AND THE MANAGER IS LITERALLY HOLLERING OUT ORDERS TO BAG. THERE'S AT LEAT 10 CUSTOMERS WAITING IN THE LOBBY WAITING FOR ORDERS AND PEOPLE FEOM THE DRIVE THRU ARE COMING IN WITH INCORRECT ORDERS. I'M DONE WITH SALEM RD LOCATION!
