    Today I went to eat at this location and they were having a manager's meeting. It got busy and all the managers got up to help with the rush and NOT one of them wash their hands. So I brought to the white manager's attention, she looked at me like, how dare you. I would love to hear from upper managment.

    So if I can give this McDonald's a 0 Star's on third shift I would. I placed a mobile order me and my husband and paid for the food my car was running so hot I had to get out of line because it was smoking and it was other customers in line so I was able to get it to the QT for it to cool to put water in my husband Walk back to pick up our food and stood in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes just to be told by a slim dark skin lady that she could not give us our food that we paid for and was so nasty with it I had to ask another employee who we explained our situation too he never came back with our food just told us to hold on and never came back when asked for a refund the lady slammed the window. We just got off work barely can make it home because of my hose just busted and then a rude employee I'm not saying it is your whole crew but I am saying it was that particular wannabe manager I didn't get her name she left so fast but I'm pretty sure you have plenty of complaints Listen Ma'am If You Don't Like Your Job Then Quit It Doesn't Cost Anything To Be Kind No matter What You have going on in your personal life it's called customer service for a reason and no the customers is not always right and nor the employee neither but in this field kindness can go a long way I hope that this will help you in the future thanks McDonald's for letting your customers express our concerns and complaints.

    Usually this is my favorite one to go to. However now?? I’d rather go anywhere else. The ENTIRE staff needs to be reevaluated including management. I ordered two times last week and both times we waited WAY longer than needed. Why am I waiting 15-20 mins for an iced coffee? I had to go inside one day because the girl in the drive thru was extremely rude. The Sprite machine was mixing with another drink and it came out purple. I asked for a different drink and she tried to hurry up and push the sprite to me and tell me that it’s fine. I told her I was not fine with that. I would rather have a sweet tea, in which she had an attitude and replied we don’t have no sweet tea right now, but when I went inside, they had sweet tea in the lobby, and it was perfect. my last straw, is when I went last night and about five cars was waiting in the drive-through. They closed early, which is understandable, but no one bothered to tell anybody in line while we sat and waited for the longest as they were coming out the door, I told them that they were Very lazy and rude for not at least letting us know. I don’t know what’s going on at this location, but the professionalism is lacking, the wait times are getting worst, and the employees have the worst attitude. I used to work at this location so thats say a lot. EXTREMELY disappointed. I’d rather go anywhere else at this point. Corporate needs to be up there.
