  So my driver did not follow delivery instructions. I pacifically put my number and said hand to me. I waited in my living room over my delivery time. I even called to check up on my pizza and it says 17 minutes away. Wow I was still in the living room and it did not show up instead my delivery driver threw my receipt on the ground. It was not in my pizza box. It was next to my pizza box. Matter of fact a cat was about to get to it and that was my whole purpose of asking for somebody to call me or to knock at the door hand to me. I also left a four dollar tip no problem. I’ll call Domino’s. The black lady. Light skinned lady sounded very rude as soon as I said Hello, I told her never mind. I will be up there because it sounds like she would hang up on me. I got there just so happen. I run into my delivery driver with a passenger that does not work for Domino’s. I asked her did she deliver to 748. She said yes I said, but you did not follow the delivery instructions love I said I got cats in that area. That’s why I asked you to call me. She disregarded what I said and walked away from me. I took a picture of her for this purposes, right here in her passenger got out of the car calling me a NIA and shooting me a bird. I politely told him at the top of my lungs. He can try it and he had the right Knigga today. Domino’s shades were down so when the manager comes out, she accuses me not knowing what had transpired before she got to the door and like I told her cameras do not lie but overall the customer service was whack in weird they’re overworked and underpaid. Am my delivery driver around here working on the clock with her boyfriend is that Domino’s policy so yes, I did go back to the store and get my tip back.

  I placed and online order for delivery at 830pm my pizza arrived burnt incorrect and 6mins to 10pm the manger Candace if that’s her real name was rude and disrespectful when I questioned where my order was at 915 come to find out they dropped the original one on the floor and she didn’t have manger experience to say that just plain disrespectful if I could post a picture of the pizza I would SHAME ON YOU DOMINOES

  I just went in with my father and they refused to let us order. They said we could only order carry out online because they were too busy and refused to take our order. the cashier had an attitude too. I’ve never heard of refusing to take an order in a restaurant

  The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s. I placed my order with over an hour left on my drive home, thinking it would be ready when I got there. Instead, by the time I arrived, it had been sitting in “quality check” for 30 minutes — and it stayed there another 30 minutes after that. I finally drove up to the store and found four delivery drivers just sitting in the parking lot doing nothing. I called the store and stayed on hold for 15 minutes — no one ever picked up. I didn’t hang up until I had already left. The customer service was completely nonexistent. After working a 15-hour shift, all I wanted was a hot meal brought to my door like I paid for. Sometimes you just want your damn food without having to chase it down. This was beyond frustrating, and honestly, just pathetic. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow and getting my money and my tip back. Count on it.

  Manager is super not nice. I called not even upset because we go here all the time never have that service usually you’ve had a few times where we got really bad service but food was bad but I’m this type of person if I know that that’s not your usual I’ll let it go so I’m talking to the manager tonight and I’m explaining hey I ordered the food. I didn’t eat any of it. I literally have all of it. I should’ve called earlier. I apologize things happened in my life where it wasn’t something that was on my to-do list, but I do have my full order. I have my receipt. I have everything. I’m describing how bad the food is I literally did not even eat yesterday. I ordered the food and got the food at 9 PM. Keep in mind I’m telling you I did not eat all day. I ate less than half a slice of pizza my baby who was hungry, didn’t even eat the food it was that nasty and the manager says oh well I’m sorry but next time I can promise it’ll be better. I’m like OK so you’re not gonna give me a credit or nothing well, you said your name was and I’m like yeah well I tell you what do you have your receipt? I said yes, sir. I have all the food. I didn’t eat any of it and then he’s like were you Are yelling at me I said, sir I have not raised my voice. You don’t like my tone but I’m not being disrespectful. I’m not even being rude. I’m not even upset. I’m asking simple questions and I’m telling you about this nasty food that y’all gave me and you’re telling me that I’m supposed to be happy spending almost $40 on a meal that I didn’t even eat one slice of because it was not up to standards of eating soon as I bit the pizza, my stomach started hurting because the dough wasn’t even cooked. He had such a nasty attitude. I understand that you are the only one working. I understand that you are overworked, but you have got to learn your people skills and how to talk to people and how to relate to your customers because it is me people like me who don’t cook are the reason why people like you have a job? You start forgetting the people who pay the bills especially you’ll go to customers the customers that’s usually come in 23 times a week yeah buddy you messing up
