I visited around 9:15 PM (store closes at 11 PM). After waiting about 10–15 minutes in line, we were informed there was no white rice, no fajitas, no chips, and no visible meat cooking on the grill.
Within a short span, two customers left the line after hearing items were unavailable, and another customer sat down waiting while production stalled. It was clear the employees on shift were covering multiple roles and doing their best, so this did not feel like a lack of effort. It felt like a staffing and late-night production planning issue.
Running out of staple items nearly two hours before closing. Especially rice and chips. This not only impacts the customer experience but likely results in lost sales when guests choose to leave or go to another nearby location.
If the store is open until 11 PM, it should be operational close to that time. I hope leadership reviews staffing and forecasting to better support the team and prevent repeat situations.

I keep coming to this Chipotle because it’s the closest one to my house, but the experience is consistently disappointing. Almost every time I visit, they’re out of multiple items even when I come hours before closing and there’s no effort to restock or make more.
Tonight, I was told they were out of guacamole. I asked if there was any available on the to go side, and the Hispanic girl that works there told me I’d need to place a to go order for guacamole even though I was already in the store ordering and paying for my meal.
The restaurant isn’t clean, and the customer service is poor. The issues here seem to be ongoing and match what others have said.

Came in around 10 PM, an hour before closing, and the staff had already put most of the ingredients away. My burrito was tiny and thrown together with whatever they could find. Customer service and food quality were both disappointing. I wasted my money and definitely won’t be coming back.

They never have anything left by 8 pm. All you see is all the workers with bad attitudes as soon as you walk in and already cleaning up. We have gone multiple times at night and its always the same thing, they don't want to cook anything. But during lunch time its the best.

8:40 pm. They close at 11:00 pm. They are out of fajitas (sautéed onion, green pepper) corn and guacamole. They had no intention on making more. Why? There's time! They ran out of guacamole before my eyes but the other two apparently had been out. Fajitas container clean. Literally clean. Corn: a few kernels at bottom so perhaps that was more recent. Whatever the case this is EXTREMELY poor service. After you wait in a long line, you are unaware until you get up there and they're in the process of making your food. If you're not going to make the customer experience pleasant by providing regular menu items, then put a sign on the door, or at your own discomfort, blurt it out every few minutes as customers come in and your line lengthens. Does management read comments or look at ratings because your location has failed! And yes other customers are correct when they say portion size is smaller at this location as well. Even the salad dressing was less than half full. If you weren't a nationally known corporate establishment but a small business, you would have failed or be going out of business in the next few months. Besides staff that doesn't appear to care and not the first time this situation occurred, provide a solution and train them on what to do because "oh well" is not it. I pass Wesley Chapel and 138 before Salem. So glad those locations are more accommodating.
