I mean you can, nothing stops you, you're a human. You can do what you want. But this is a transaction, and when I walk away feeling like I have interrupted you from doing nothing, it kind of sours the entire experience. Then the tone seemed to be very aggravated when I asked him to read back my order and to verify that there's light ice in my drink. Instead of the verification I was asking for, I was told in a firmer voice than the entire rest of the conversation to pull ahead.

I asked him what i ordered so far and with a attitude he said "exactly what you said!!" I asked since it sounded like he wasnt listening. Another person got on the speaker and repeated our order and it was incorrect. They need better customer service and need to hire people with good work ethic.. not whoever was taking our order today... he needs to be fired...
