    So I had to come back and change my review.. As many times I've ever came to this Bojangles I've Never had a problem....never had bad service but today I came and ordered a supreme tender box and a steak biscuit....the lady said the tenders were going to be 8 minutes so I asked for my steak biscuit to be fresh...I literally drove 3 to 5 minutes away and my biscuit was not fresh as she claims.... Everytime I come visit my parents I stop there so I've been through the fresh biscuit plenty of times and it's always still hot when I get here.I called to tell the manager and she immediately got snappy with me saying I remember you Im the one fixed your order,I had to ask her why was she being rude about it I work in fast food as well and that's definitely not how you handle this situation over a biscuit,she act like I said everything was cold when I only complained about the biscuit..I was just informing in a calm manner..I already have alot going on and that just made it worse because of I'm not getting an attitude or being rude why am I be treated like I'm not a regular customer....only manager I've ever had a problem with don't know her name just know she was dark with looks like a lot of makeup on.

    They had problems when I was there. Their frier was broken. Came back today March 3rd their frier was fixed food was great had their Chicken sandwich

    I went through the drive-thru this morning and with my food I got a large diet mountain dew. I proceeded to drink this drink throughout the day until about noon. I went to dump it out and throw it away and the nozzle from the drink machine was in my cup. I threw up immediately and have felt sick ever since. I called and spoke with the manager and told her to check the diet mountain dew in the Drive-Thru and she proceeded to tell me it was still there. Basically I felt like she was calling me a liar. If it didn't come off the machine then that must have been a cup that they were cleaning the nozzles with because I don't just have a Bojangles drink nozzle on hand. It had mold on it, it's just the most disgusting thing and for her to pretty much call me a liar pisses me off so bad. I have reached out to corporate and I am waiting to hear back from them. This was my absolute favorite breakfast spot and I will never go there again. I swear I wish there was a way to put a picture on here I have tried.

    My experience on Sunday 2/1/2026 due to weather conditions in Georgia started with a phone call @9:08am to confirm the location was open for business. I assumed location is open due to call answered however the answering rep instead stated and i quote in the same rude tone “No! we are not open for business, have a good day, click hung up on me”! being a frequent guest i decided to drive to the location to satisfy my curiosity…. arrived around 9:45 to 9:50am found location was indeed open and seemed to be business as usual. went inside to place order, and request manager for explanation of the blatant Lie told of the business being closed today. Discovered the store manager speaking with (‘Sameetra’- possibly alias name given)was the same person who answered the phone and told this lie when explained my call at 9:08am and inform what she had told me, store manager ‘Sameetra’ continued Lying insisting “you called at 9:08am but oh we didn’t open until 9:30am”(22mins later) then when trying to get more info, the entire staff seemed to turn, refusing to provide further adequate service. This was the worse customer service experience ever trying to dine from BoJangles. Better customer service training definitely needed for this location rude manager. So the rest of staff doesn’t follow suit with bad customer service and ignoring the customer. ~@kissmyG.R.I.T.S
