Limp, soft, sad bacon. To make it worse, the biscuit itself was cold. When I went inside to get a refund, I stood there waiting almost 10 minutes for the manager to even come acknowledge me. When she finally did, she refunded me without a single apology. I asked a very simple question: If a customer asks for crispy bacon, do ya'll not make it crispy? Her response? “I didn’t make it.” Okay… but that wasn’t the question. Then she mumbled something along the lines of “well we’re supposed to”. Exactly - supposed to, but clearly didn’t. So now I’m out breakfast, wasted my time, and had to continue running errands hungry because this location can’t follow a basic order or show even minimal customer service. Cold food, incorrect order, slow service, and zero accountability. I will not be returning to this Bojangles, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who actually expects hot food and competent management.

I mean you can, nothing stops you, you're a human. You can do what you want. But this is a transaction, and when I walk away feeling like I have interrupted you from doing nothing, it kind of sours the entire experience. Then the tone seemed to be very aggravated when I asked him to read back my order and to verify that there's light ice in my drink. Instead of the verification I was asking for, I was told in a firmer voice than the entire rest of the conversation to pull ahead.
