I had received a $2 off coupon on Tuesday, July 11th from T-Mobile and went to redeem it the next day with granddaughter. Went thru your drive-in window and looked at the board and saw that a ice cream cone could be gotten for $.99, so I requested 2 vanilla and went to window to pay. However, as I handed my debit card to the young lady she said it would be $3.33. I am like for what, I only ordered 2 cones and the board had it listed at $.99. She proceed to inform me that was only for the cone not the ice cream scoop. So it would seem that BASKIN ROBBIN sell to the customer THEIR empty cone for $.99 and hold the topping (ice cream) as hostage. Thanks, it was really an enlightening experience for me. I normally go to McDonald even Burger King and get both the cone with ice cream for at least $1.07 times 2 not spend $5.33. Since I had told my grandchild she would be getting ice cream, I paid your price. The scoop was a decent size but, it wasn't even good ice cream for the price charged. It tasted more like what you get after it has been left in the freezer too long. Thanks for that taste and again, I won't be back.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
