  Ms. E, Always friendly; everyone we come in she always says welcome! If they are busy she makes it a point to thank you for your patience, very uplifting, smiling and happy to encourage everyone to join the app to earn points. This location in Conyers,Ga. Is busy but with service like this that is explanation enough. Parking lot can be a bit busy, again worth it!

  I had a wonderful experience at Einstein’s and wanted to recognize the incredible GM Jakyria who truly went above and beyond. She was warm, thoughtful, and so helpful in navigating a special request tied to a film project we were working on, making what could’ve been stressful feel seamless. What stood out most was her generosity of spirit and genuine care for our team. It’s rare to come across someone who leads with that level of kindness and intention. We felt so supported, and it made a real difference in our day. Highly recommend this location for both the service and the people behind it.

  I frequent other Einstein bagel locations and this location was subpar. I ordered via the app prior to arrival as my order was not ready (which was okay) I stood to the side waiting. One staff member approached me asking was I waiting I said yes then she slams the bag off the counter and says it’s ready it’s was right here. Why would I wait if it was ready upon my arrival? The staff attitude was very nasty. Food: Throwed together and sloppy. I ordered the All nighter sandwich it had one piece of bacon split between the halves. I expected better from this location and my visit was at 8am as they had recently just opened.
