  I was REALLY DISAPPOINTED with the donut selection. They have really changed from when they had a wide variety. Now you can't even get a basic powdered white cream donut that use to be basic along with glazed, chocolate, and donut with sprinkles. Pitiful is all I can say,! Service was good because we came into the store otherwise the drive thru was a massive long line. Gone down but prices haven't!

  The bacon snack pack was not even half full & greasy scraps as if that's all they had left. They got 3 of 4 sandwiches wrong and gave me cold latte in a hot cup instead of the hot latteordered the cup was cold to the touch (they probably dud bot froth the milk and added cold milk). Workers were standing around twiddling their thumbs. They're making more work for themselves by not giving people what they ordered and making others wait more as a result.

  Slow service, employees arguing, a supervisor of sorts tried to remove an employee to the back but the episode was still in view and only got louder. But my doughnut and coffee, after I finally received them were ok.

  My fav location in Conyers! This morning their system was down and a young lady was OUTSIDE taking orders for the drive thru. ABOVE AND BEYOND OK!!

  I initially thought my experience was an isolated incident, but after reading other reviews, it’s clear there is a consistent pattern at this location. My sister and I placed a mobile order, but due to long delays, I went inside. The store was visibly unclean, the cashier was on FaceTime while taking orders, and after waiting over 15 minutes, we were told to just continue waiting with no updates. When we asked to speak with a manager, the manager refused to engage and was dismissive. When we finally received our drinks, both coffees were burnt and undrinkable. I filed a complaint with Dunkin corporate (Case #CCC8556824) and was told I would receive a response within 2 business days. No one has followed up. Seeing multiple similar complaints with no response from management is concerning and reflects a lack of accountability at this location. I hope corporate takes this seriously, because this is clearly not a one-time issue.
