  The most unfriendly employees with the exception of the girl at the register. I also noticed that my bowl was filled very lightly (i am white) and the other people in the store (black) had bowls overflowing. What is that all about?

  This is my 3 time coming to this location and the portion was not what you expected from Chipotle and not only was the portion low the food was cold the best part of my 17.89 meal was my fountain drink

  Not the best Chipotle I've had, the staff dismissive behavior didn't make it any better. I was trying to tell the lady what I wanted on my bowl and she gave attitude like she would rather be doing anything other than making my order to my liking. Turns out she was management and was rushing me to talk to a co worker that was coming in for her schedule. I won't be back to this location.

  I ordered a salad for pickup at the other chipotle on 138 and they told me that were completely out of dressing which was so sad because the dressing is essential for their salad in my opinion… so I ended up driving over to this chipotle on my way home and asked them for a side of the dressing and they were so nice about it and gave it to me! I also just really liked the layout in there way better. The pickup counter is accessible to you to grab your order vs at the other chipotle on 138 it’s behind the counter and you have to wait forever for an employee to retrieve it for you which is awkward when you’re not in the in store ordering line yet just sort of standing by there waiting for someone to assist with pickup. It’s a terrible setup and it takes forever. It feels super awkward standing there waiting for someone to assist with simply grabbing your order, and you’re in the way of the in store order line but with nowhere else to go. Also, they will mark orders in the app as ready when they haven’t even been made yet. This chipotle also just seems nicer- nice layout, super clean and nice. Will be going here from now on!

  I visited around 9:15 PM (store closes at 11 PM). After waiting about 10–15 minutes in line, we were informed there was no white rice, no fajitas, no chips, and no visible meat cooking on the grill. Within a short span, two customers left the line after hearing items were unavailable, and another customer sat down waiting while production stalled. It was clear the employees on shift were covering multiple roles and doing their best, so this did not feel like a lack of effort. It felt like a staffing and late-night production planning issue. Running out of staple items nearly two hours before closing. Especially rice and chips. This not only impacts the customer experience but likely results in lost sales when guests choose to leave or go to another nearby location. If the store is open until 11 PM, it should be operational close to that time. I hope leadership reviews staffing and forecasting to better support the team and prevent repeat situations.
