  I don’t know why I keep going back to this restaurant with horrible service! Today, 3/29/26 was no different! I submitted an online order (future purchase order). Arrived around 6:33p to a note on the speaker (see picture). One car ahead so was in drive thru an extra 5 minutes. Got to window and asked if the drink can be made with no ice because it’s not a selection in the app. The rude lady informed the order was already made. I don’t want a confrontation so I said ok. She said there’s 2 orders with the same last name, do they belong to me. I said the one spelled one way is mines but the other may be my daughters. Someone in the back said there’s numbers on the orders. I said do you need phone numbers or order numbers? She didn’t reply and gave me the orders. I pulled to the side to check the order and the fries were COLD! I went inside to request hot fries. The same rude lady at the drive thru is the same one who assisted me inside. I asked if I could get hot fries because the one in the bag was cold. She said, “that’s what happens when you order online as the order was packed when received. I said the order was a future request so it shouldn’t have been packed when you saw it on the screen. She said that’s what they do. I asked if I could get hot fries. She said I would have to wait. While waiting I hear her telling someone what did I expect when I ordered online. The fries will not be hot. So, I addressed her informing that it’s not good customer service and she didn’t have to be rude. She said she was talking to her manager. I said it’s still not good customer service. She handed me luke warm fries and I left. Went to my car and started drinking the mocha shake and notice the chocolate is at the bottom (see picture). Not even swirled. I didn’t go back in. No napkins included. Very disappointed!

  My husband is experiencing food poising after eating a lamb gyro from this location. They may have had the lamb stored improperly, or it may have been old.

  I came in at around 10:30 a.m. for a meal, but I ended up getting a side and using my promo for a Arby’s beef’n cheedar instead. I felt the energy and didn’t want to spend $18 with a place that doesn’t seem interested in taking my other. There is no one here in line inside or out. They act like they do not want you to order anything at all. After I ordered someone was standing in line for a while. No one acknowledged her. She even peeked around the into the kitchen. When she was finally acknowledged they said they would be right with her. Even though they aren’t busy. When I asked for sauce for my sandwich the guy pulled out 3 did not extend his arm so I could get them. One packet fell in the counter and he put it back. I’m guessing they pay their employees enough money to have $17 to waste on food that’s been sitting with no customers to sell it to. I’m convinced they will sell the food that’s been sitting there from the morning throughout the whole day. It’s cool I’ll get my gyro from Gyros to Go for dinner.

  I ordered the 7.99 Meat & 3 and it was horrible!!!! Food was not fresh and hot all!!!! Like it had already been cooked and was on hold until someone ordered the item. My Fish Sandwich was hard and cold, the bun was terrible and so was the Potato Cakes cold like everything else. The Mozzarella Sticks were halfway doable and Peach Cobbler was just ok but at least it had some temp on it….. Doubt seriously if I ever eat here again!!!! Telling everyone I know please don’t waste your time eating here cause you will definitely be throwing money away…. 🤨😡🤮
