  I ordered ahead. My order was ready on time and the (I'm assuming manager) was very kind and friendly. For 8:30 at night on a Wednesday they were pretty busy. Drive thru was moving really slow, made me glad I ordered ahead to pick up inside.

  Worst customer service ever completely rude workers that do not care about your order. One of the cashiers said they would not make my order unless I was checked in which is something they have to click in the back. Apparently I was supposed to do something to check it in when I had hit make now in the app. I was double checking there was nothing to hit in the app. The person that helped me had bright pink hair and made me cry before finally making the order. Management at this location needs to work on training customer service better.

  People were nice and place was clean. There was no one to check you out we used a confusing kiosk and got nearly all of our food wrong due to the wired ordering. They offered to fix it for an extra charge and longer wait. Plus the price was very high for how long we waited and how low quality the food was. This review is for Taco Bell corporate the employee were just following orders. Your fast food joint is not fast and the quality of the food do not justify the price. Will not be coming back.

  I just wanna start by saying that I love Taco Bell. But this one is always so disappointing. They’ve gotten my order wrong more times than it’s ever been right. I’ve been through at all times of the day sometimes it’s only me in line, still wrong. More than two other cars in the line? Guarantee your order will be missing at least one thing. Don’t come to this Taco Bell expecting friendly employees or for your order to be complete, or even halfway right. I know that being a fast food worker is a hard and sometimes complicated job, but this place really has the lowest of the low standard for service, whether you go through the line or wait inside.
