- AMAmber MarthersFeb 13, 20261.0I placed an order for delivery and I’ve had problems with DoorDash and other places not delivering to the correct address in the past so I called the store to make sure they had all the correct info, which Rachel, the manager, assured me they knew where I was and sent the driver on her way. After a long wait I called back and Rachel said “nobody answered at the gate so she came back”. Nobody called me asking for a gate code, and my phone never rang, nor my husbands. Which means she didn’t even try looking me up at the box. When I told her that, she apologized and sent the driver back. When we met her at the gate she had a nasty attitude and proceeded to speed out of the parking lot. I almost followed her to the store but I didn’t want a fight. I took my almost cold pizza inside and called Rachel to let her know how terrible the service was and she apologized and said she’d take care of it but I know nothing will be done about it. They didn’t care from the start, obviously. All they had to do was call my cell before leaving the FIRST time. Common sense. I’ll never order food from this location again. Terrible.
