My husband got the larger cone and his was also freezer burnt. His was $7. I will not be stopping here again. Go to the nearby Chic-fil-a instead. Their cones are larger, cheaper, and tastes better.

I was waiting to order ice cream and not a single employee knowledge I was even there. I walked to the icecream counter and waited again no eye contact or hello. Walked to the register and waited. There was a girl working the drive thru and she was the only one doing something out of the 4 employees. 2 were standing there playing on their phone, one was sweeping and then walked to the back. After a few minutes the girl on her phone put on a headset and started taking orders in the drive thru. There were other customers waiting as well inside and the weren't knowledge either.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
