  I put this rating because this is the second time that I have been done wrong. At bojangles, the first time was they did not want to round my money up. However, take 8 cents because they didn't have the change for cash. Not right? Second time was when I pulled up to get my food. Your employees were in there, making fun of me. Because I didn't understand what a dark biscuit was why can't it just be a biscuit? So maybe next time you should tell your employees when they're going to talk about somebody to stop talking about them when they're pulling up to the window and your windows are open, very unprofessional. Get it together, bojangles

  I am very disappointed. First, I was traveling from Atlanta to Charlotte and stopped through because there was absolutely no line at all, And I love the bow rounds. It’s one of my favorite things there. With absolutely no one in line no one in front of me no one behind me they mess my simple order up. I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit combo with bow rounds and a sweet tea. They completely forgot my bow rounds and I am on my way to work and do not have the extra little time to stop again. The biscuits are a little more dry than usual. I called and talked to the manager who simply just told me to come back by, I told her I’m not sure when I’ll be back next time, And that was all that she could do. As I’m expressing very calmly that I am frustrated she’s sitting there in silence. That call was around 7:15 on April 9. I’m not sure when I’ll be back and I’m very irritated right now because it was too simple of an order and there was absolutely no line somebody should’ve been paying attention.

  The AI taking the order at the drive thru didn't get my order right but neither did the human. Took a couple of times for it to get corrected, but still good service.

  I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to the owner of the Commerce, Ga location. I went there this morning after having a rough morning and having to leave work not feeling well to try to get some food on my stomach. I was sitting in the drive thru and the owner came out and scared me for a second because I wasn’t paying attention and he was so sweet and I drive a jeep and so does he and he told me I couldn’t leave without my Bo duck. It is littlest gestures sometimes in life that make the biggest impact. Thank you so much for taking time to do that. It made my day so much better. I will continue to always be customer at this location the food is also always fresh and always amazing. I pray you continue to bless others with your kindness.

  Food was cold and dry. I even asked the lady if it was fresh cook chicken and she said yes.
