  Employee had a un lit half smoked cigarette in his mouth then takes it out, fills his drink. Sloppy burger and my Sprite tasted like it had a flavored vodka splashed in.

  It’s not often I leave reviews, but I had to tonight. Honestly, most people only leave reviews when something goes wrong—but they’re just as important when someone gets it right, no matter how big or small. It was around 11:40 PM, I hadn’t eaten all day, and just finished a heavy workout—so I was starving. I actually went to McDonald's first and sat at the speaker with no one else in line… never got greeted, so I left. Pulled into Wendy's expecting more of the same, but it was the complete opposite. The girl on the speaker was super kind, walked me through the options (even told me about a Biggie Bag I didn’t know about), and actually cared about getting my order right. You never know late at night if they’re even going to be serving ice cream because a lot of places shut it down early—but I got lucky. Before I even asked, she offered a $1 Frosty. What stood out most was how she treated me. It was 11:40 at night, but she treated me with the same kindness and patience you’d expect at 11:40 in the morning—not like I was the last order before closing or someone she was trying to rush through. When I got to the window, she was just as pleasant, food was fresh, and she even made sure I had my sauce before I pulled off. I’ll be honest—I haven’t always had the best experiences at this Wendy’s, but that was years ago and I haven’t been much lately. If this is the direction things are going now, it shows. I genuinely felt valued as a customer, and that’s rare these days. Let’s be real—people working that late aren’t always paid enough to care like that, but customers notice. And when someone goes above and beyond, they deserve to be recognized—especially when management might not be there to see it. That’s why I’m leaving this. Small interaction, big impression. Managers—take care of her. She’s doing it right. Customers notice when they are treated right and appreciated.

  I love that they have good productive toys with the kids meal ....they are very creative and test their little minds ....and food is always fresh
