  I came in the drive through, waited for minutes with no response but ended up leaving. I’ve worked in fast food before so I understand how busy it can get at times, however a simple “we’ll be with you shortly” rather than saying nothing at all would be better.

  I waited 5 minutes for somebody to speak on the speaker. I finally gave up and drove around and when the employee was bringing somebody a drink she told me they asked me for my order but I had already driven off and then I needed to drive back around. When I drove back around and got in line I waited 4 minutes and gave up

  poor poor service and ice cream.wasted $15 to throw it in the trash.have reached out twice to upper management with no results.all sonics have really went down.i am totally done with all sonics being no one will even try to assist with the issues.

  The Sonic located on Milgen Road in Columbus, GA is TERRIBLE. First time having such a horrid experience. Ordered online through the app, went there on my 30 minute lunch break, parked in a stall and kept getting an error message through the app. Tried the drive-thru and no one answers. After 5 minutes went to the door and looked in and NO ONE IS WORKING. Wasted my entire lunch and Didn’t even get my order. Didn't want to refund the money to my card because it will take 3-4 business days to get it back, so I am going to another location when I get off tonight at 8pm for my order. I was also told by an employee on Manchester Expressway that this specific location is not in conjunction with the other Sonics within the area. So please beware before ordering from this location.

  This place is horrible. This was my second time here and both times my order tasted disgusting. First time I ordered a strawberry limeade and it tasted like carbonated water with chunks of strawberry, no lime flavor at all. I just went through the drive through to ordered a passion fruit refresher and it tastes like water with little chunks of strawberry, no hint of passion fruit at all. Please stop hiring people who do not want to work and are not going to fulfill orders correctly. I am a paying customer, these orders were not free.
