    The sandwich and fries were luke warm. I think they precooked the burgers, which made a terrible sandwich! It's been over 5 years since I visited Sonic! I will not revisit this facility again!

    Didn't have enough staff to warrant a app order. Apparently they had one cook one on the drive-thru and one delivering all the food! That is not enough Sonic! And I messed up my diet limeade with extra strawberries for a freaking Cherry diet lemonade with some strawberries in there again! This Sonic always does this

    If someone orders something without several somethings on it, please respect that, and don't put extra of all of those things on the meal. And fix your rust situation. Please. Thanks.

    The onion rings were fresh and hot, but the burger was cold, cheese wouldn't even melt. Disappointing.

    I am writing to formally report an incident involving an employee named Zaniah. During a recent visit, she was unprofessional and disrespectful toward my minor daughter. She used inappropriate language, including cursing, and initially refused to provide her order. As a result, my daughter had to escalate the situation to the manager, Tray. While he stated that he would document the incident, the response did not feel adequate given the seriousness of the behavior. Additionally, my daughter was made to wait approximately 40 minutes for two drinks, which is unacceptable under normal circumstances. I am very concerned about the conduct displayed, especially toward a minor, and this experience reflects poorly on your establishment. I have also noticed that other customers have raised similar concerns about this employee. I respectfully request that this matter be addressed promptly and that appropriate action be taken to ensure a professional and respectful environment for all customers.
