  This has got to be the worst McDonald’s in Columbus Ga. Literally was at the drive thru speaker for 20 mins before someone took our order…both lanes were just sitting..DO BETTER

  I know that lunch is one of their busier hours Monday through Friday, but this place has come a long way.

  Food gets a 4, because it's McDonald's and has a standardized menu. Service at this particular location is abyssmal. One time I had a staff member ask if I was going to share my meal with them? Who says that to a customer? Even when the location is practically empty best believe there'll be a wait time of 20+ minutes, because apparently the staff love to chit chat in the back. This location is a prime example of being in a convenient location that it'll always have enough traffic to compensate for their lackluster to poor service.

  Today, Sunday, Just left a second service and ready to eat, so I thought I would try the Big Arch and only gave 2 stars because the frys was hot. Burger never order again at any McDonald's. Bun size of a regular burger, 2 slices of cheese instead of 3, 1 patty instead of 2 ,no lettuce and was not hot. Sooo incredibly disappointed($12+)and it was not crowded, I was third in line and it was 15-20 to receive my order, I'll just stay with Culver's (food and service)!!!!
