  Horrible service sat in the drive thru speaker for 20 minutes without being serviced and when i drove around they had nobody in the drive thru but me and the cars behind and the workers were in the parking lot playing around

  After waiting in line for 30 min , I ordered and was told to pull down because the Big Mac was not ready. Got the food 10 min later and it was luke warm. This one is horrible!!!!

  I ordered on the mobile app a 10 piece nugget meal with a coke. I ordered curbside pick up since this location is known for having the lobby locked at night and awkward drive through design. I arrived and the app told me to go to the front counter. Can’t do that the lobby is closed. So I wait in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes. I finally get to the speaker I tell them I had a mobile order they holler just pull around. I get the bag and drive home just to open the bag to not even have the item I purchased. They did not check the name before handing the bag to me. The music from inside was so loud I could barely hear the girl. Very very in professional.

  I came through the drive thru this morning, got to the window and was handed drinks and told to pull up and wait. I look at my frappe and it looked like they dropped it on the floor it was missing half the whip cream and there it was all over the outside of the cup. So I went inside to ask them to remake it and the lady with the red braids got mad and was yelling about fighting me while I’m standing there 7 months pregnant with my 9 year old child. Then they refused to give me my food, they let it sit there and get cold after me asking for it multiple times they kept saying it wasn’t mine until another worker walked up and grabbed it and handed it to me. Don’t come here unless you want drama and cold food cause that’s all you will get.

  I love coming to this McDonald’s and food is always good. Only complaint is why are you having to park cars when it’s dinner time. Why don’t you have product cooking in anticipation of the dinner rush? And it’s every time no matter what time you come. It’s not fast food if I have to park and wait ten to 15 minutes for food to cook.
