  Wasn't greeted when entering the building both servers were just looking at us like we came from outer space and to top it off we both order the monster sandwiches we paid $40 and only one was a monster and it wasn't mine after I made a joke saying what is a grown man going to do with a eight inch sandwich and acted shocked when we told them it was wrong nothing against Jimmy John's but the one in Columbus needs to do better maybe it was the time of day nawl forget that customer services should always be top tier won't be returning either: Firehouse, Jersey Mike's, Publix, or subway

  Good sandwich but prepare to wait. Neither freaky or fast. Really need speed it up.

  They take forever here. On their phones while making the food and not friendly at all.

  genuinely the slowest sub place ever. and I come here often. gave them a little break and still, the slowest place imaginable. I’ll find myself using almost my whole hour lunch break waiting in line.

  I don’t know what it is with this jimmy John’s because I never had an issue anywhere else, but whenever I order the #5 Vito it is always messed up or the wrong sandwich. The first 2 times they made it into a veggie sandwich, and the other 2 times they added mayo. The Vito doesn’t come with mayo. It has literally been unchanged since the store opened. So I don’t know what it is always getting messed up. So I give this place a 1 star.
